·     Considered areas are the integration of the business functions, human resources, finance, asset management, procurement and materials.

·     After discussions an architectural design is agreed and sourced out to be implemented. The UK and Indian team agree on a suitable solution with the client and produce the solution with increment deliverables.

·     The solution product is delivered and installed at the client site for Acceptance.
