The Outsourcing Institutes Road Show Arrives In London, Suaju Ltd are Ket Attendees
London, October 2009, Outsourcing 2.0 From Theory To Reality event. This road show event has travelled the states before arriving in London and is designed and run by the Outsourcing Institute, a professional organisation dedicated to the concept and implementation of outsourcing principles in all areas of business. Suaju Ltd, one of the UK’s leading software and Lean Management Outsourcing companies, attended the event.
The program of speakers at the event was impressive ranging from John Willmott of Nelson-Hall, Danny Ertel of Vantage Partners and George Malama of Glomark-Governan, UK. The main thrust of the event was to bring more awareness to the outsourcing potential for all business groups. When handled correctly the process of outsourcing can free up time and resources in a company and allow it to get on with its core business whilst leaving outside professionals to fulfil an outsourced contract that delivers the outcomes as set out in the design brief on time and within budget. It is no longer necessary for a company to have all possible skills that it may require in house, companies such as Suaju can provide solutions more effectively and with greater ease than in house teams that are stretched for budget and skill set.
The economic situation requires all businesses to provide more cost effective solutions to a range of problems and projects. When the process of outsourcing is fully integrated within a company’s project procurement procedures it is so often the case that time, money and stress are reduced. Suaju has been providing these type of results for many UK companies and its standing as a respected outsourcing company continues to rise year on year.

DSEi- Defence Systems and Equipment Exhibition Includes Lean Consulting Firm – Suaju Ltd
London, September 2009, ExCeL exhibition centre. The DSEi- Defence Systems & Equipment International event is the world’s largest, fully integrated, defence and security exhibition, which brought together international trade and military experts from around the world. Its year on year success has placed it as an event that is a must for all companies in the defence and security fields. The presence of companies, such as Suaju Ltd, at this event demonstrates the complete business environment that has been created at this yearly prestige exhibition.
The range of trade and industry specialists on the stands was highly impressive. From direct manufacturers and specialists to ancillary and support service companies, all areas of the security and defence trade were represented. The presence of Suaju in particular highlights the ever increasing popularity of the Lean Management Principles as applied to all forms of business. The Lean Outsourcing Consultancy firm provide business to business direct application of these principles with the effect of producing more efficient, profitable and effective services and products. As the main tenant of Lean Principles is to ensure that all processes within the company’s output leads to greater customer satisfaction, it is a win-win set of principles. The more waste that is cut from a business, the more profit there is to be made and at the same time to gain greater customer satisfaction must be an easy procurement decision to make. Suaju were based on stand 229 and were extremely busy throughout the day. Many people found the idea attractive and the process adaptable to their line of business. High profile events such as this can only serve to strengthen the position of Lean Management ideologies and therefore the profile of the companies that provide this type of service.

Suaju Ltd attends the Lean Government Conference, September 2009
In September 2009 Suaju Ltd, one of the Uk’s leading Lean Management and Outsourcing companies, attended the Lean Government Conference. The event was held at the Central Hall, Westminster and attracted many top industry specialists in the fields such as, Public sector services provision and Lean Management principles as applied to public sector spending.
The event’s main thrust was the reduction in public spending in the next four years following the recent and ongoing national budget deficit increases incurred during the current economic downturn. This reduction in public spending, if handled within a modern Lean Management structure, could be achieved through applying these principles in all areas of local and national government and might help avoid the wholesale cuts to essential services that have been the usual way to handle such deficit requirements.
The keynote speaker was Greg Hands MP, Shadow Economic Secretary to the Treasury. His address centered on the financial outlook and framework within which the public sector will operate over the coming years. The presence of national companies, such as Suaju and others in the field of Lean Consultancy Outsourcing shows just how prevalent this modern take on the theory of ‘just in time’ business procedure management has become in the last 20 years.
Companies like Suaju can demonstrate that essential services in the public sector do not have to be cut from the funding budget to save money. Suaju, and those like it, can provide real evidence of cost savings from streamlining any business using the approach of Lean Management principles. These savings could safeguard services and jobs for any government body willing to engage fully in the process of Lean principle led streamlining.
